What this page does. The free audit runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into the quiz is uploaded, stored, or sent anywhere automatically — your answers never leave your device unless you choose to email them to us.

Information we receive

We only receive information you send us by email: typically your business name, city, website address, audit score, and anything you include in your message. If you become a client, we also receive whatever business details are needed to perform the agreed work.

If you use the "Email me this report" option, we also receive your email address together with your report details (business name, category, score, and top priorities). The report form is processed by Formspree, which transmits your submission to us under its own privacy policy. If you tick the newsletter opt-in, we keep your email address to send occasional local SEO tips.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare your free action plan, deliver the services you request, and process payment. If you asked for your report by email, we use your address to send it and the promised follow-up action plan. If you opted in to tips, we use your address to send occasional local SEO emails — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Payment processing

Payments are arranged through Wise or Payoneer. Those providers process your payment details under their own privacy policies; we do not store card or bank details on this website.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@mappackfix.com.
